Grilled Pappadums with Spicy Lentil Dip

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Brush each quarter with oil on both sides.
  3. Grill on each side until blistered, about 10 to 12 seconds on each side.
  4. Place lentils, onion, garlic, pepper and vinegar in the bowl of a food processor.
  5. Process until smooth.
  6. Slowly add the olive oil.
  7. Season with cumin, salt and pepper and pulse 3 times.
  8. Remove to a bowl and garnish with cilantro.
