Steak, Mushroom & Swiss Melt

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill steak 5 to 6 min.
  3. on each side or until medium-rare (145 degrees F) or desired doneness, adding mushrooms to the barbecue for the last 6 min.
  4. and turning after 3 min.
  5. Remove steak and mushrooms from barbecue.
  6. Cover steak; let stand 5 min.
  7. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and peppers.
  8. Slice mushrooms and steak.
  9. Spread 4 bread slices with mayonnaise mixture; top with mushrooms, onions, meat, cheese and arugula.
  10. Cover with remaining bread slices.
