Indian Style Chicken Wings
- 1kg chicken wings, or drumettes
- 1/2 cup fruit chutney
- 2 tablespoons VEGEMITE
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- Place chicken wings in a large dish.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken wings.
- Marinate 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning wings occasionally.
- Place wings on an ovenproof tray and bake at 200C for 30-40 minutes or until cooked and crisp, basting 2-3 times during cooking.
