Indian Style Chicken Wings

  1. Place chicken wings in a large dish.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken wings.
  3. Marinate 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning wings occasionally.
  4. Place wings on an ovenproof tray and bake at 200C for 30-40 minutes or until cooked and crisp, basting 2-3 times during cooking.
  5. * Cooking times may vary according to size of chicken wings.
