Creamy Turkey & Noodles

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in large deep skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  5. or until softened.
  6. Add mixed vegetables and garlic; cook 2 min.
  7. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  8. Drain pasta, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water.
  9. Add cream cheese product and milk to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  10. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended.
  11. Remove from heat.
  12. Add turkey and pasta; mix lightly.
  13. Stir in enough of the reserved cooking water until sauce is of desired consistency.
  14. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheddar.
  15. Cover.
  16. Bake 30 min.
  17. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
