  8. DRAIN, RINSE WITH Cool WATER, DRAIN THOROUGHLY.

  10. IF COOKED PASTA IS TO BE COMBINED WITH BUTTER SAUCE Or possibly A SAUCE IMMEDIATELY RINSING IS NOT NECESSARY.

  12. WHEN COOKED PASTA IS TO BE HELD ON STEAM TABLE, MIX 1 TBSP SALAD OIL WITHPASTA IN EACH STEAM TABLE PAN.
  13. THIS WILL PREVENT PRODUCT FROM STICKING TOGETHER.

  15. TO REHEAT PASTA BEFORE SERVING, PLACE THE DESIRED QUANTITY IN A WIRE BASKET AND LOWER INTO BOILING WATER FOR 2 TO 3 Min.
