Mexican Pizza

  1. Spread beans thinly on a large, flat dish (about 14 to 16 inches).
  2. These are available in vegetarian style if you like. Next, mix sour cream with mayonnaise and seasoning.
  3. Spread this like a frosting over the beans.
  4. Now comes the artistic part. Make the top of the plate into a target by creating circles of the following:
  5. center olives, perhaps five or six across, next onions, then tomato and finally avocado.
  6. I've found that it's nice to make a final outer ring of black olive slices that's only one slice deep.
  7. This usually uses up the whole can.
