Banana-Millet Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C) .
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flours, baking soda, salt, and millet.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In blender, puree on high speed the applesauce, egg or equivilent, bananas and raisins.
  5. Add wet stuff to dry, moisten evenly.
  6. Spoon batter into non-stick 12 muffin tin deviding evenly and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350F (180C) or until browned.
  7. Remove muffins from pan, cool to room tempeerature.
  8. Wrap and chill.
  9. Or eat on the spot.
