Claudes Cake Mix

• 4 1/2 cups Betsys Baking Mix
• 3/4 cup cornstarch

1. Pour the baking mix into a large container that has an airtight lid.
2. Whisk in the cornstarch until well combined and no white spots remain.
3. Store the mixture in the airtight container for up to 3 months, making sure to whisk it before each use.
