Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wrap bacon around tenderloin; place in foil-lined pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Bake 20 min.
  5. or until cooked to 135 degrees F. Meanwhile, bring remaining ingredients to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  6. Brush meat with sugar mixture.
  7. Bake 10 min.
  8. or until tenderloin is done (145 degrees F).
  9. Remove from oven; cover loosely with foil.
  10. Let stand 3 min.
  11. before slicing.
