Garden Frittata

  1. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add garlic, broccoli, carrot and green onions.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.
  3. Whisk eggs, water and salt together in bowl.
  4. Add egg mixture to vegetable mixture in pan; sprinkle with basil.
  5. Cover; continue cooking 4-6 minutes or until center is almost set.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Cover; remove from heat.
  8. Let stand 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  9. Cut into wedges.
  10. Garnish with sliced chiles, if desired.
