Creamy Marsala Pork Chops
- 5 Pork chops thick cut
- 1 jar chicken gravy
- 1 envelope Hidden valley Ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Marsala cooking wine
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper
- Heat oil in large deep skillet and brown pork chops on both sides.
- Then remove from skillet to a plate
- Mix gravy, ranch seasonings, Marsala wine and sugar
- Add butter to skillet and melt.
- Add Marsala gravy.
- Cook until heated
- Return pork chops to skillet.
- Cook covered on medium low for 45 min
