Sopressata Pizza
- 1 recipe pizza dough
- 1 recipe pizza sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 6 slices sopressata
- Freshly grated parmagiano-reggiano cheese
- Preheat the oven to 450F.
- Spread the dough out on a pizza tray.
- Ladle the pizza sauce onto the dough and spread to the edges.
- Baste the outer edge of the crust with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic onto the pizza sauce.
- Place the provolone cheese on the pizza, and top with the sopressata.
- Grate parmagiano-reggiano cheese over the top of the pizza.
- Place in the oven for 12 minutes.
