Peanutty Cookies

  1. Finely chop remaining peanuts; place into small bowl.
  2. Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls into chopped peanuts.
  3. (Do not roll dough in peanuts.)
  4. Place peanut-side up, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
  7. Immediately sprinkle cookies with sugar, if desired.
