Green Olive Tapenade

  2. Combine olives, capers and garlic in a food processor and chop finely.
  3. With the motor running, gradually add lemon juice and oil and process until blended.

  5. Transfer tapenade to a bowl.
  6. Stir in cilantro.
  7. Season to taste with pepper.

  9. This can be made 1 day ahead.
  10. Be sure to cover and refrigerate it.
  11. Serve with crackers and toasted baguette slices.
