Easier Sausage Balls

• 3 cups Bisquick baking mix
• 1 lb hot sausage
• 1 lb extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1. crumble and cook sausage drain and allow to cool a bit
2. add cheese and bisquik
3. form balls and bake on cookie sheet @ 350 til golden brown.
4. *dont let the sausage get too cool as the cheese needs the warmth to stick with the rest of the ingredients.
