Sweet Potato Pie Casserole #SP5

• 14 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
• 12 cup orange juice
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 (24 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Mashed Sweet Potatoes

1. Add all the above ingredients together including 1 24oz simply potatoes mashed sweet potatoes except for the marshmallows.
2. Stir until well blended.
3. Add to a greased 1 quart casserole or baking dish.
4. Bake 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees.
5. Cover the top with marshmallows are brown and puffy.
6. Enjoy!
