  1. Cook and shred chicken breast
  2. Drain and rinse beans
  3. Add everything except for the corn starch to the crock pot
  4. Cook on low 4 hours
  5. Mix cornstarch with a few tablespoons of cold water
  6. Pour into crock pot and cook another 30 minutes to an hour.
