low calorie creamy chicken taco soup
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 15 oz can white beans
- 1 15 oz can black beans
- 1 4 oz can green chilis
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth - reduced sodium
- 1 cup corn
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Cook and shred chicken breast
- Drain and rinse beans
- Add everything except for the corn starch to the crock pot
- Cook on low 4 hours
- Mix cornstarch with a few tablespoons of cold water
- Pour into crock pot and cook another 30 minutes to an hour.
