T-Bone Steaks with Texas Toast

  1. Light a grill.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the garlic.
  3. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper; keep warm.
  4. Brush the onion with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill until tender, 6 minutes.
  6. Grill the bread until toasted and brush with the garlic butter.
