Breakfast Cranberry Orange Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients in med-large bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients separately.
  3. Combine both groups, then add in fruit, and nuts if desired.
  4. Bake in LIGHTLY greased/Pammed muffin pan at 375F (190C).
  5. for 20 minutes, or until firm to touch and light brown on top.
