Grilled Shrimp-Caesar Salad

  1. Combine shrimp, 6 Tbsp.
  2. (90 mL) dressing (or 1 Tbsp.
  3. 15 mL dressing for trial recipe), lemon juice and pepper.
  4. Let stand 15 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Grill shrimp on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
  7. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
  8. Toss lettuce with tomatoes, croutons, Parmesan and remaining dressing.
  9. For each serving: Place about 2 cups (500 mL) salad mixture on serving plate; top with about 1/2 cup (125 mL) shrimp.
  10. Serve immediately.
