Cheeseburger Soup

  1. Brown meat, set aside.
  2. Saute onion, carrot and celery in 2 tablespoons margarine for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add chicken broth, potatoes and sauteed vegetables.
  4. Cook about 15 minutes until potatoes are done.
  5. Put 2 tablespoons margarine in skillet with 1/4 cup flour.
  6. Make a roux.
  7. Put in vegetables and meat.
  8. Turn on low and stir in cheese and milk until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot with corn bread.
