Green Chili & Scallion Crab Won Ton Cups

  1. Mix together scallions, green chilis, crab meat, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, cheese, and hot sauce.
  2. Season with some Salt and Pepper.
  3. Coat 16 cups of a mini-muffin pan with the non-stick spray.
  4. Press each won ton wrapper in one of the little mini muffin cups.
  5. Arrange the edges to look pretty.
  6. Fill each cup with a spoonful of the crab & green chili mixture.
  7. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the won tons are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm.
  9. Enjoy.
