Green Chili & Scallion Crab Won Ton Cups
- 16 wonton wrappers, square
- 13 cup scallion, minced
- 12 cup green chili, roasted, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 13 cup crabmeat, cooked and shelled
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 12 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 14 teaspoon hot sauce
- nonstick cooking spray
- Mix together scallions, green chilis, crab meat, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, cheese, and hot sauce.
- Season with some Salt and Pepper.
- Coat 16 cups of a mini-muffin pan with the non-stick spray.
- Press each won ton wrapper in one of the little mini muffin cups.
- Arrange the edges to look pretty.
- Fill each cup with a spoonful of the crab & green chili mixture.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the won tons are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
- Enjoy.
