Watermelon Cones (Conos de Sandia)

  1. Make watermelon balls with a small melon baller.
  2. Place the balls on a baking sheet and freeze.
  3. Make cones out of parchment paper.
  4. Place some of the watermelon balls in each cone and garnish with mint
