Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp

  1. Oven Method:
  2. Wash rhubarb; cut off and discard leaves.
  3. Cut rhubarb stalks into 3/4-inch pieces.
  4. You'll need 5 cups diced rhubarb.
  5. Arrange rhubarb in greased 8-inch square glass baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with strawberry gelatin powder.
  7. Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
  8. Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat, about 2 minutes.
  9. Stir butter into flour mixture and mix until crumbly.
  10. Sprinkle over rhubarb.
  11. Bake in 350u0b0 oven 50 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
  12. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
