Beef Chasseur Recipe

  1. Rub garlic, salt, and pepper into fillet and flash fry in 1 Tbsp.
  2. butter.
  3. Take out and put in baking dish.
  4. Save juices and add in Worcestershire sauce, currant jelly, demi glace, burgundy, water, garlic, butter, and mushrooms.
  5. Add in all to juices remaining and reduce by 1/2.
  6. Pour over beef and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. This recipe yields 1 serving.
