Strawberry Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour three 9-inch layer cake pans.
  3. Put cake mix, oil and eggs in mixing bowl; beat for 2 minutes on medium speed with electric beater.
  4. Combine gelatin and flour; set aside.
  5. Drain strawberries well; reserve 1/2 cup of syrup.
  6. Add gelatin mixture, strawberries and reserved syrup to batter in bowl; beat for 1 minute.
  7. Turn into pans.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from pans.
  11. Cool on wire racks.
  12. Fill and frost with Strawberry Frosting.
  13. Makes three 9-inch layers.
  14. Delicious.
