Cajun Spice For Noodles Recipe
- 3 ounce Cayenne pepper
- 1 ounce Paprika
- 2 ounce Dark chili pwdr
- 1 ounce White pepper Lite soy sauce White wine Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil Japanese noodles Broccoli, minced Sesame seeds Sesame oil Peanut oil
- 1 x Scallion
- Mix together all spices and set aside.
- Mix soy sauce a few drops of white wine, a few drops of sesame oil and a lot of sesame seeds in large bowl.
- Prepare broccoli till hard.
- Drain and add in to the soy mix.
- Boil the noodles only 2/3 of the recommended cooking time.
- Drain, rinse with cool water, add in to the soy mix.
- Mix the noodles and broccoli till well coated and little liquid remains in the bottom of the bowl.
- Add in spice mix a tsp.
- at a time to taste (be careful this is VERY warm and spicy).
- START OFF WITH A WEE BIT TO SEE HOW Warm YOU CAN TAKE IT Or possibly WANT IT!
- Heat some peanut oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Add in noodle mix to pan and stir fry till all is heated through and no liquid remains in pan.
- Stir continuously or possibly noodles will stick together.
- Remove from pan and garnish with thin sliced scallions.
- Serve immediately.
- NOTES :*You should have a lot of the spice left over.
- This can be used on meat, chicken, fish or possibly anything you can imagine eating Warm!
- I roasted a turkey with it and it was delish!
- Store remainder spice mix in an airtight container.
