Fishmonger-Style Sushi Balls

  1. Rinse the rice and mixed grains, and cook in some water or a rice cooker.
  2. Put the toppings on the rice.
  3. For the sea bream, add it on top of a vertically sliced shiso leaf.
  4. Rest some salmon roe over scallops that have been sliced in half.
  5. Add some sesame seeds on top of the tuna topping and some Italian parsley over the salmon.
