Fishmonger-Style Sushi Balls
- 360 ml White rice
- 4 tbsp Mixed grains
- 400 ml Water
- 4 tbsp (A) Vinegar
- 4 tsp ( A ) Sugar
- 2/3 tsp ( A ) Salt
- 1 Sushi grade tuna, scallop, sea bream, salmon, salmon roe, etc.
- 1 Shiso leaves, Italian parsley, white sesame seeds, etc.
- Rinse the rice and mixed grains, and cook in some water or a rice cooker.
- Put the toppings on the rice.
- For the sea bream, add it on top of a vertically sliced shiso leaf.
- Rest some salmon roe over scallops that have been sliced in half.
- Add some sesame seeds on top of the tuna topping and some Italian parsley over the salmon.
