Crockpot Vegetarian Chili
- 2 cans (16 Oz. Size) Chili Beans, Mild Seasoning
- 2 cans (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Kidney Beans, Drained
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Rotel With Chilies
- 2 cans (8 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Medium Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 2 stalks Celery, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic, Minced
- 1 package (1 1/4 Oz. Packet) Chili Seasoning
- Combine all the ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Makes 14 cups.
