Peanut Noodles
- 2 packages Ramen Noodles Any Flavor, 3 Ounce Packages
- 1 envelope Flavoring From The Ramen Noodles Package
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1- 3/4 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Honey
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Water (hot Water Makes The Mixing Easier)
- 1/4 cups Reserved Liquid From Cooking The Noodles
- 1 Carrot, Shredded (optional)
- Bean Sprouts (optional)
- Crushed Peanuts (optional)
- 1.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Add 1 envelope of flavoring to the water while the noodles are cooking and set the other package aside.
- When done, reserve about 1/4 cup of the liquid, but drain the rest.
- Set noodles aside in a large serving bowl.

- In a small bowl combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha sauce and water; mix well.
- Add more or less water to make the sauce more or less liquidy, depending on your taste.

- Combine noodles, reserved cooking liquid and peanut sauce.
- Add more water, if necessary.
- 4.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
- Serve with a shredded carrot and/or bean sprouts and/or crushed peanuts over the noodles.
