Noodles Riviera

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Brown ground meat.
  3. Add onion and garlic and saute a few minutes, until onions are translucent.
  4. Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms and simmer on low until noodles are ready.
  5. Cook egg noodles until just before al dente.
  6. Youll be baking this in a casserole, so the noodles need to still be a bit firm.
  7. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and parsley flakes until mostly smooth.
  8. A few small lumps of cream cheese are ok.
  9. Set out a 9x13 casserole dish.
  10. Spoon half of the noodles into the dish, then half of the meat sauce.
  11. Spread half of the cream cheese sauce over the meat sauce.
  12. Cover with remaining noodles, then remaining sauce.
  13. Drop remaining cream cheese sauce in dollops on top of the meat sauce.
  14. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garlic powder, and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  15. Serve with garlic bread.
