Juicy Simmered Ground Chicken and Daikon Radish

  1. Cut the daikon radish and carrots into preferred sizes.
  2. Boil the daikon in water that has been used to wash rice if available.

  4. Add daikon and carrots from step 1, ground chicken, and ingredients into a pot and boil.
  5. Season with salt once the carrots have softened.
