Alfredo Baked Ziti
- 1 pound Dry Ziti Pasta
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 3 whole Large Leeks, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 jar (28 Oz. Size) Alfredo Sauce
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 pound Cottage Cheese
- 2 cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, Divided
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook for 810 minutes.
- Drain, set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat.
- Add leeks, salt and pepper, about 15 minutes.
- Drain off fat.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the alfredo sauce, milk, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and half the mozzarella cheese.
- Stir to combine.
- In a greased 2-quart casserole dish, place pasta, ground beef mixture and sauce mixture, stir with a spoon to combine well.
- Top with remaining mozzerella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered for 40 minutes.
