Low-Fat Golden Fish Nuggets With Dilled Tartar Sauce

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl; stir well.
  2. Cover and chill.
  3. Combine cornflake crumbs and next 3 ingredients in a shallow bowl; set aside.
  4. Place egg white in bowl.
  5. Dip fish in egg white and crumb mixture.
  6. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 500u0b0 for 8 minutes or until crispy and browned.
  8. Serve with sauce.
  9. This recipe makes 2 servings; may double, triple for more.
