Mocha Egg Cream
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 6 ounces seltzer water
- Stir the liqueur, milk and syrup together in a 10 ounce glass.
- Hold the seltzer water 10 inches from glass.
- Pour in steady stream so it drives seltzer below milk and creates a froth.
- Serve immediately.
