Peanut Butter Refrigerator Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. butter, room temperature
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. peanut butter
• 2 Large eggs
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. In mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars, peanut butter, and Large eggs.
2. Mix well.
3. Sift flour once before measuring, then sift measured flour with baking soda and salt.
4. Mix into first mix.
5. Shape dough into long rolls, about 2 to 3 inches in diameter.
6. Refrigeratethoroughly.
7. When chilled, slice and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
8. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
9. Makes 4 dozen.
