Quick Peanut Butter Cups

  1. Add peanut butter and whipped topping to cheesecake filling in large bowl; stir until well blended.
  2. Spoon half of the filling mixture evenly into eight parfait glasses or mugs; top with half of the chopped cookies.
  3. Repeat layers.
  4. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
