Cube Steak
- 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pound Cube Steak
- Flour (for Dredging)
- 2 cups Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 Onion, Sliced
- 3 cups Water
- 3 packages (about 1 Oz. Packet) Gravy Mix, Any 3 You Like
- Salt And Pepper
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Dredge cube steaks in flour.
- Brown steaks on both sides.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Top with mushrooms, onion, water, and gravy packets.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 7 hours.
