Crab Stew

  1. Place flour with 1 cup milk in a bowl and mix into paste.
  2. Place the rest of the cold milk in pot with butter, salt and pepper, and crab meat.
  3. Cook on low heat.
  4. Mix in 2 egg yolks.
  5. cook slowly for 1/2 hour.
  6. Add sherry.
  7. Garnish with lemon peel and strained hard cooked egg yolk.
