Avocado, Fresh Tuna, Nagaimo, and Tomato

  1. Dissolve the wasabi in the soy sauce.
  2. Cut up the maguro, and add to the wasabi soy sauce.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator (about 10 minutes).
  4. Mix canola oil, ponzu sauce and salt together.
  5. Cut up the vegetables to about the same size as the maguro tuna, and mix well with above.
  6. Add the marinated maguro tuna and it's done.
