Avocado, Fresh Tuna, Nagaimo, and Tomato
- 1 the same amount as the avocado Fresh sashimi grade maguro (lean tuna)
- 1/2 Avocado
- 6 cm Nagaimo (about 4 cm in diameter)
- 1 small Tomato
- 1 tsp Canola oil
- 1 tsp Ponzu
- 2/3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Wasabi paste
- 1 dash Salt
- Dissolve the wasabi in the soy sauce.
- Cut up the maguro, and add to the wasabi soy sauce.
- Marinate in the refrigerator (about 10 minutes).
- Mix canola oil, ponzu sauce and salt together.
- Cut up the vegetables to about the same size as the maguro tuna, and mix well with above.
- Add the marinated maguro tuna and it's done.
