Morgenroth Fruit Cake

  1. Sift flour once, measure add baking powder & spices.
  2. Sift together 3 times.
  3. Cream butter and add sugar gradually- cream until light and fluffy.
  4. Add remaining ingredients- adding flour gradually.
  5. Bake in 4 greased loaf pans- in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 3 1/2 hours-.
