Three Bean Casserole

  1. In skillet, fry onion and bacon until brown.
  2. At the same time, fry the ground beef in another skillet until brown.
  3. Drain off excess fat and add to onion and bacon mixture.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard and ginger.
  5. In another bowl, combine all the beans.
  6. Grease a large casserole and spread a thin layer of meat mixture over the bottom. Cover with a layer of beans, then sauce.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Bake, uncovered, in a 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
  9. Makes a large casserole .... and freezes well.
