Yummy! Almond Tofu Pudding with Agar

  1. Mix the agar and Chinese apricot kernel flour in a pot.
  2. Gradually add the water, and mix to dissolve.
  3. Put the pot over the heat, and add the sugar.
  4. Keep stirring for a while over the heat until the mixture has thickened, and bring to a boil.
  5. When it becomes thickened, turn down the heat to low, and add the milk little by little, then mix.
  6. Add the heavy cream, and mix.
  7. Turn off the heat, and pour into a mould.
  8. Let it chill, and it's done.
