Yummy! Almond Tofu Pudding with Agar
- 40 grams Chinese apricot kernel flour
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 200 ml Water
- 200 ml Milk
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 10 grams Agar
- Mix the agar and Chinese apricot kernel flour in a pot.
- Gradually add the water, and mix to dissolve.
- Put the pot over the heat, and add the sugar.
- Keep stirring for a while over the heat until the mixture has thickened, and bring to a boil.
- When it becomes thickened, turn down the heat to low, and add the milk little by little, then mix.
- Add the heavy cream, and mix.
- Turn off the heat, and pour into a mould.
- Let it chill, and it's done.
