Best Ever Bruschetta

  1. Dice roasted peppper, sundried tomatoes, basil and oregano and put it into a large bowl.
  2. Fold in all the other ingredients (except the bread of course) and refrigerate to let the flavours meld.
  3. Bring back to room temperature before serving on the toasted baguette.
  4. So very good!
