Country Style Pork Stew

  1. Trim fat from pork & cut into 1" cubes.
  2. Spray a dutch oven or large saucepan with cooking spray coating.
  3. Preheat over medium high heat.
  4. Brown pork in the hot pan; drain fat.
  5. Add bouillon granuals & 1 1/4C water.
  6. Stir in the undrained tomatoes, onions, celery, oregano, cumin, garlic, and bay leaf.
  7. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
  8. Cover and simmer about 1hour or till pork is tender.
  9. Stir in squash and green beans.
  10. Return to boiling; reduce heat.
  11. Simmer 5 minutes more.
  12. Combine cornstarch, and 1TBS cold water.
  13. Stir into pork mixture.
  14. Cook and stir till thickened & bubbly.
  15. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
  16. Remove bay leaf before serving.
