Sweet and Sour Crock Pot Sausage

  1. Slice sausage, brown on paper towels.
  2. Boil togather pineapple juice, cornstarch (mixed in vinegar), water, soy suace, ginger and sugar.
  3. Cook unitl transparent.
  4. Add suasage, pineapple, green pepper and cherries.
  5. Cook 5 minutes over low heat.
  6. Transfer to crock pot and serve w/ picks.
