Arroz Con Pollo

  1. Spray skillet with Pam.
  2. Brown seasoned chicken 4 minutes on each side or until cooked.
  3. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  4. Heat oil and saute onions and peppers until onions are soft.
  5. Add tomato sauce, water and other ingredients, except rice and peas. Stir well; simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
  6. While this cooks, tear chicken in pieces.
  7. Add chicken, rice and peas.
  8. Heat until warm through.
