Bread Maker Rice & Rye Flour Bread
- 125 grams Gluten-free rice flour
- 125 grams Rye flour
- 12 grams Amazake (concentrated)
- 4 grams Salt
- 200 ml Water
- 10 grams Olive oil (optional)
- 4 grams Dry yeast
- Place the rice and rye flour in the bread maker.
- Put the amazake, salt, and water in the corners of the case.
- Create a cavity at the top of the flour mountain and add the olive oil there (it's okay if it flows out!
- ).
- Start baking on the "rice flour / no wheat flour" course (if available).
- Remove from the case once it finishes baking.
- Wait until it's completely cooled before cutting, and use a small bread knife, warmed, for the best cut.
