Easy and Fluffy Banana Cake Without Eggs

• 150 grams Pancake mix
• 1 large Banana
• 60 grams Margarine (or butter)
• 20 to 30 grams Honey (or sugar)

1. Mix the margarine and honey (or sugar) in a bowl.
2. Add mashed bananas to the bowl and continue to mix.
3. Add pancake mix to the bowl and cut in with a rubber spatula.
4. Line the mold with parchment paper and pour the dough in.
5. Bake for 40 minutes in a 355F/180C preheated oven.
