Chicken Liver Pate

  1. Melt the butter in a large frying pan until foaming.
  2. Add the chicken livers, onion and garlic, and gently cook until livers are slightly pink and onions are soft.
  3. Place in a food processor with thyme, parsley and peppercorns and process until smooth.
  4. Add the Philly* and combine.
  5. Spoon the pate into small ramekins, drizzle with extra melted butter to seal and refrigerate until firm.
  6. Serve with water crackers.
